Since its opening in 1976, Everland has been a theme park providing various entertainment and special events shared with family, friends and couples. Among these are the 'Safari World' in the 70s, 'Snow Sled' in the '80s, and 'Caribbean Bay' in the 90s along with 'Aesop's Village'. The latter being the first Aesop's theme park in the world which opened in 2005.

Everland Resort has been recognized for our different services. For one, we have been awarded the
Innovative Operation for Customer Satisfaction of the Republic of Korea for five consecutive years (1996~2000) These awards qualified us to be part of the Hall of Fame. In addition, we have been selected as the Top Enterprise in the Theme Park area by the Korea Standard - Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) for seven consecutive years (by Korea Standard Association in 2005). We also garnered the BIG E Award during the parade held in 2005 by The
International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). We obtained the 8th position out of 100 brand enterprises in January 2008 by Brand Stock, a specialized company evaluating the value of brands.
